1. What happens when an 18 year old drink alcohol?
2. If a 20 year old drink alcohol, is it completely harmless?
3. In Japan, why is 'seijinshiki' held in January? People who were born in Febulary and March aren't 20 yet.
4. In America you can vote, have a loan, contract etc when your 18. why is only drinking alcohol from 21?
5. This is just an example but, who is more guilty? A 18 year old drinking a bit of alcohol or a 20 year old drunk too much and caused trouble?

13. Even if your over 20(e.g. in Japan), you must be responsible not to cause problems by drinking or smoking. Is it because 18 or 19 years old can't take responsiblity so they can't drink or smoke?
14. In some cases, taking somthing too much is said to be bad for human bodies, not just alcohol and cigarettes. But why are alcohol and cigarettes are like the representatives of bad examples for taking too much?
15. Does cigarettes only have bad effects? Are there any good effect?
I'm curious for your 1st and 2nd questions. Since there are many opportunities to drink alcohol in University, it is important to know how harmful the alcohol is to our body so that we can be aware of drinking too much.

This drama airs the episode of 'Blame It on The Alchole' at season 2 episode #14.
The context is that principal attempts to teach the student body about the danger of underage drinking, and asks New Directions(Glee club) to perform at a school assembly on the issue. Rachel(main character) throws a party, and after heavy drinking starts, things really heat up with a game of spin the bottle and they would know how dangerous...
Unfortunately, you can't watch this episode because in Japan Glee of the second season doesn't air public spot yet. But I recommend you to search on the internet for the blogs that mentioned this episode.
I watched this episode on Sky perfecTV!, then I thought drinking alchole is really dangerous because it makes us out of control. Adult person can take a responsible for whatever they do as the social member.
